Reece Shearsmith is an actor, writer, and comedian.

He first came to prominence with his multi-award winning TV series The League of Gentlemen...

Reece Shearsmith first came to prominence with his multi-award winning TV series The League of Gentlemen with Mark Gatiss, Jeremy Dyson and Steve Pemberton which they wrote and starred in. As writing partners Reece and Steve went on to create and star in two series of the comedy horror series Psychoville (BBC2) and nine series of BAFTA award winning series Inside No. 9 (BBC2). Aside from his writing work, Reece has numerous credits across stage, screen and TV including most recently, Taskmaster S20 (Channel 4), Saltburn (Amazon MGM Studios), 3 Body Problem (Netflix) & The Adventures of Paddington (Nickelodeon).

Following the huge success of Inside No. 9. Reece and Steve are currently touring a live show version Stage Fright in the West End and all around the UK.
