Noel Fielding
Noel Fielding is a comedy performer, writer, actor, and artist.
He is widely known for being one-half of the hugely successful comedy troupe The Mighty Boosh, alongside Julian Barratt.
Noel is widely known for being one-half of the hugely successful comedy troupe The Mighty Boosh, alongside Julian Barratt. This partnership led to the multi-award-winning, cult classic TV series, which ran for three seasons and was followed by two major live shows that toured across the UK.
He also created and starred in his own surreal series, Noel Fielding’s Luxury Comedy, and its follow-up, Luxury Comedy: Tales From Painted Hawaii, both of which were broadcast on E4.
Since 2017, Noel has co-hosted the hugely popular The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4, currently alongside co-host Alison Hammond. He is also a long-serving team captain on the comedy panel show Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
Noel boasts an impressive list of appearances on panel and entertainment shows. He was the overall winner of Taskmaster series 4 and has been a frequent guest on The Big Fat Quiz of the Year. Other appearances include The Last Leg, QI, and 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, among many others.
In 2024, Noel starred as the title character in Apple TV's The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin, a British historical comedy about the notorious highwayman. His other memorable acting roles include appearances in shows like Garth Marenghi’s Dark Place, The IT Crowd, and Nathan Barley.
Beyond his on-screen career, Noel is an accomplished stand-up comedian who has performed internationally. Noel is also a recognised artist and his paintings are regularly exhibited across the UK and Europe.
