Ed Jones
Ed is an actor, writer and character comedian.
He is best known for his work with Edinburgh Comedy-Award nominated trio Crybabies (“bringing the spirit of the Goon Show to the 21st century” ★★★★★ Telegraph).
Ed is best known for his work with Edinburgh Comedy-Award nominated trio Crybabies (“bringing the spirit of the Goon Show to the 21st century” ★★★★★ The Telegraph). Their two critically acclaimed sketch shows Danger Brigade (2019) and Bagbeard (2022) transferred to London’s Soho Theatre to rave reviews and sell out audiences with Bagbeard adapted for BBC Radio 4. In his solo work, Ed has appeared in Big Boys (Channel 4), Avoidance (BBC), Bridgerton (Netflix) and David Mitchell’s Outsiders (Dave). He is also a recurring cast member in Comedy Central’s Flaps and East Mode with Nigel Ng. As well as writing for Channel 4 and Radio 4, Ed’s viral comedy videos have amassed over 60 million views on Instagram and TikTok.
